- Email Address & Phone Number: Enables account management, communication, and important updates regarding your wellness plan.
- National ID (Optional): Collected to verify identity for certain regulatory requirements but not mandatory.
- Ethnicity: Helps to tailor health and wellness recommendations based on cultural and genetic factors influencing diet and lifestyle habits.
Sensitive information is processed only when explicitly required and in compliance with relevant laws. Data may be obtained directly from you or through tracking cookies on our websites.
Wellness Assessment and Score
After completing the wellness assessment, a personalized wellness score is generated. This score is based on your lifestyle, activity, and health inputs and helps guide the creation of tailored routines to modify behaviour and support habit formation.
Blood Test Data
Collected solely for wellness purposes, such as understanding nutrient deficiencies, metabolic function, and general health. This data is not used for medical diagnosis or prescriptions. It helps us refine your wellness plan by ensuring personalized recommendations are based on biological insights.
Facial Scan
We use remote Photo plethysmography (rPPG) technology to assess wellness markers through facial scans. Importantly, no facial images or scans are stored. All processing occurs on the user’s device, ensuring your privacy is maintained. The only data we receive from the facial scan are specific wellness parameters, such as heart rate variability, respiratory rate, blood pressure readings, oxygen saturation, and stress levels. These parameters are stored in encrypted format on our servers and are used solely for real-time assessments and personalized wellness recommendations.
This data is not intended for diagnostic purposes and is solely aimed at enhancing your wellness experience by providing relevant insights based on your current state.
2. Why We Collect These Data Points
Each data point is critical to provide a customized and comprehensive wellness experience:
- Personal Information (Name, DOB, Gender, Height, Weight, Ethnicity): These basic details are necessary for creating personalized wellness plans. They help us identify specific areas of improvement and ensure that the advice is tailored to your unique physiological and lifestyle needs.

- Facial Scan Data: This data is stored only on your device for real-time use and is not stored in our databases.
- Data Retention: Your data is retained only for as long as it is necessary to deliver the services or as required by law. Once you choose to delete your account, all data will be permanently erased from our active databases.

To facilitate video consultations with wellness experts, our app may require access to your device’s camera and microphone. This access allows you to communicate with experts in real-time.- Camera and Microphone Access: We use these features only for video consultations. No video or audio is recorded or stored unless explicitly agreed upon by both parties.
- Zoom Integration: We currently integrate with Zoom to facilitate video consultations. By granting access, you allow the app to connect with Zoom for scheduling and conducting video calls. Your interactions are subject to both Zoom’s Privacy Policy and our own.
- Data Protection and Security
We take the privacy and security of your data seriously. All personal information, including health data, is protected with encryption and other security measures to ensure it remains confidential and secure. - Optional Data (National ID): You can choose whether to provide your national ID as it is optional and not mandatory for app usage.
9. Data Access and Deletion
You have control over your data and may access or delete it at any time. However, deletion will be subject to compliance with relevant data laws in your jurisdiction.
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. We provide two ways for you to delete your account and associated data:
- Delete Your Account via the App:
You can delete your account directly within the app by following these steps:- Navigate to the Settings section of the app.
- Select Account Management or Privacy Settings.
- Choose the option to Delete Account and follow the prompts to confirm your request.
- Once your account is deleted, all personal and wellness data will be permanently erased from our servers.
- Request Account Deletion via Email:
If you prefer, you can also request to delete your account by emailing us at contact@pranawellnessai.com- In your email, please include your name, registered email address, and a brief note requesting the deletion of your account.
- We will process your request and permanently delete your account within 15 business days.
Important Information:
Once your account is deleted, all of your personal information and wellness data will be permanently erased from all active databases and cannot be recovered. If you choose to delete your account, any active services or consultations you have scheduled will be cancelled.
10. About This Privacy Statement
This Privacy Policy was established in October 2024 and will be updated as necessary to reflect changes in services and legal requirements. Any significant changes will be communicated through the app or via direct notifications.
